Our Story

Our history.

The O'Brien family has over four decades of lumber, millwork and woodworking expertise. My grandfather John owned and operated a mill in West Virginia opened in 1970, where as a child my father Tom began his love for building things with his hands.

His career spans from bowling alley and skating rink floors to custom libraries, built-in's and kitchen renovations. With my background in fine arts, I am continuing the family tradition by building functional heirloom pieces with an artistic twist.

Our philosophy.

You need heirloom quality furniture that is beautiful and unique to you. The problem is that mass-produced furniture is rarely right for your space, and is often made from questionably sourced wood and harmful chemicals.

I believe that American hardwoods, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail make the best furniture. From tree to table—we aim to create the furniture you want.
